Sienna Creasy is a certified practitioner who studied in Chiang Mai, Thailand at three different traditional schools and with Master Sinchai.
Thai Yoga is a unique and powerful therapy which combines gentle stretching and applied yoga. Sienna works along energy lines while moving the body through sequences of gentle yoga based stretches. It is a meditative experience extremely effective in relaxing stiff joints, releasing muscular tension and congested toxins. Thai Yoga aids breathing, circulation and helps to improve flexibility and alignment, reduces stress, decreases insomnia and improves posture.
