Vinyasa
A fluid multi-level class that links yoga postures (or asanas) to the breath. This class begins gently giving the body time to awaken and will build heat, strength and flexibility as we continue to flow through the poses. Students will have the opportunity to flow, twist, invert, balance and surrender as they move through sun salutations and creative, thoughtful sequencing. Take the time to center yourself and prepare for the day ahead. All levels are welcome, but take note that the class will move at an active pace. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own level.
